Baby equipment on request. Sheets and towels for hire. End-of-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. Electric heating at an additional cost. Private unfenced garden. Garden furniture. Barbecue. Parking for 5 to 6 vehicles. Hangar (carport). No arrival possible after 8:00 [hidden] In an old farmhouse, this house is friendly with its lounge area with fireplace for your evenings or its large table to gather your tribe around the meal. The terrace, facing south is also pleasant in the slightest ray of sunshine, surrounded by a beautiful grassy area. Marion and her brother Benjamin have been working since 2021 on the rehabilitation of this family property and will be happy to welcome you to this peaceful hamlet of Boucey south of Pontorson (all shops nearby). Possibility of an easy walk in the surrounding countryside. You can follow the nearby Couesnon river to guide you to the foot of the famous Mont St-Michel and its legendary silhouette. Between Brittany and Normandy, you will take advantage of this advantageous position to discover the treasures of Ille et Vilaine and the Manche for a weekend or a week.
