“A beautiful hotel with grand high ceilings and an eccentric historical townhouse charm. Perfectly located right on the shore of Loch Maree, with private lake access. Our room was peaceful and quiet, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The host was exceptionally friendly, warm and accommodating, adding a welcoming atmosphere to both the hotel and its cosy bar. He went out of his way to meet our requests, making us feel truly cared for. Easily our best experience on the NC500. ”

Restaurant menu was unexciting but our fish and chips were fresh and well cooked.”
“I would highly recommend this property. We stayed there for two nights. There were multiple restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Although we had a car, we rarely used it. We did take the car on the ferry to Stornaway Which is also well worth the trip. The owners of this property bent over backwards to make it convenient and charming. My only complaint, and this is Minor is that there were no Kleenexes in the room. However, there were ample outlets for charging our devices and……
