“The house is adorable and the location is perfect.”

“Centrally located, to everything, walkable to some eateries and Dunkin nearby, lots of parking”

“Nice, clean, family -friendly property and great location to Main Street, restaurants and stores. Would recommend !”

“This was a great place to stay. The property was beautiful and very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this property. It is very close to olde Mystic and downtown.”

“Beautiful, private apartment over a garage on a residential street in Mystic. Everything inside was very clean and very new. We had a wonderful stay.”

“The location was perfect. This was our first trip to Mystic and we have been spoiled with the cottage and the location. The walking to town was a highlight for us. We drove into town … parked our car and did not get in until we left.”

“Clean well appointed apartment with great layout. Easy access for my older mother who uses a cane. parking for two cars within easy drive of nearby sights.”

“Room was spacious enough and very clean. The bedding smelled like fabric softener. Love that clean smell. William is great at communicating. We thought the kitchen & table would be in the room, but William explained the photos have to do with how VRBO has him upload them. Understandable. The community kitchen area was very doable and more than we needed. The rooms are very quiet. No road noise. Stairs are a bit of a narrow hike to the second floor, but doable as well. “Everything was great!”

“This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.”

“A wonderful place to stay — thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, and clearly designed with real care and attention to detail”

“Kitchen needs some serving dishes. Lawn was not mowed so it was hard to enjoy the back yard”

“Perfect spot for a quiet family weekend. Close to mystic restaurants and activities, but removed enough for space and peace. Kayaking, hot tub, playing with all the fish off the dock - perfection!”

“Great house in a great location. The hosts were very responsive and the house was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.”
