Peachland getaway with pool and tiki bar

Bring the whole family to this beautiful house with 3 BR and 2 bath sleeps up to 8 people.
Has good size pool 26’x13’ and a bobble tub what can not be heated separately from the pool and an outdoor bar/BBQ and driveway parking for 4 cars.
Less than 5mins drive to supermarket, coffee shop, great restaurants little shops and bars and much more.
The HOUSE is located in a busy street with a nice neighborhood remodeled most of the house by yours truly (The Host&Co-host) for couple of months to finished make it beautiful and relaxing for our guests to enjoy and for us too.

Less than 5 minutes drive from I-75, its a 3 bedroom and 2 bath and a driveway to park also a pool deck with a good size screen pool and tiki bar you can enjoy.

ATTENTION: Children from 2 year old who cannot swim completely are not allowed to enter the pool. Must have life jacket, safety swimming suits and under supervision of a person.

ATTENTION: The pool is 6ft at the deepest point at the middle of the pool. Only people who can swim are allowed in this area. The Owner/The Host of the house assumes no liability for the pool, pool area, the house and its surroundings.

The pool and the tub with waterfalls has a pump system connected to each other. It’s heated at 87 temperature and timer settings is running from 8am-9pm everyday. The tub cannot be heated separately. We can not guarantee the temperature it may affect with the influence of so much rain and cold weather.

****PEACHLAND GETAWAY - HOUSE RULES****

1)No Party is allowed. Smoking only allowed outside by the bar/bbq area there will be $200 fine per day for smoking inside. We have the rights to charge an extra cleaning fee for smoking inside the house.

2)No loud music outside at anytime. No music outside and loud talking after 9PM. Be respectful to our neighbors

3)No pets allowed there will be a $250 extra cleaning fee if you do so.

4)All guests must be registered in the reservation by name and age. Extra guests that is not in the reservation we have the rights to remove from the property or charge an extra $15usd per night/guest.Visitors or other guest that don’t stay in the property are allowed after approval from Peachland Getaway and have to leave the property before 10pm.

5)Check out is 11AM more than 30mins late will charge $50usd. More than 2hrs late we have the right to charge you for an extra day. This doesn’t give you the right to stay longer.

6)We have the rights to charge you extra cleaning fee for leaving the property dirty than normal, leaving stains in the floor, dirty dishes, leaving trash in the house behind, strange smells, etc.

7)We have the rights to charge you for new Beddings, Towels leaving them stains and dirty and turn up missing.

8)By not following the house rules we have the rights to cancel the reservation without any refund and removal of all guests from the property.
