“This lovely 2 bedroom house in the suburb of Foios is nicely decorated and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and the outdoor area is particularly nice. It is a short walk to the metro to Valencia and about a 20 minute drive. The town is sleepy but very friendly, and like most Spanish suburbs, has a nice selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. ”

“Wir haben mit insgesamt 8 Leuten einen Junggesellenabschied gefeiert und das war die perfekte Unterkunft dafür! Geiler Aufenthaltsraum mit Billardtisch, Beamer(inkl. XBox) und sehr guter Soundanlage! Der näheste Supermarkt ist in ca. 8 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit Auto/Taxi/Uber ist man in kürzester Zeit(ca.10min) am Strand bzw. auch beim Marina Beach Club(Disco). Zudem sehr gute Klimaanlage, einen Jacuzzi, einen Gasgrill und einen Kicker. Alles was ein Männerherz begehrt Außerdem ist der Besitzer……

“Beautiful rustic house with such attention to detail, we would happily return. Great property management too and Ella and Lina really looked after us, rectifying a temporary issue with the drain even on a Sunday and getting us 2 more bikes which we really enjoyed using. Thank you guys, we loved our time in Valencia and reckon we’ll be back before long 😎”

“Good location. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the beach and metro. Javi was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The place was clean and the check in/out process was smooth. The only complaint would be this place felt about 90% finished. Would have liked a coffee maker and mugs. Maybe some beach items such as chairs, towels, or beach toys. Night stands next to the beds. Towel hooks for the bathrooms. Other than that it was a perfect spot for our weekend beach vacation. ”
