Air, lumière, ciel, et mer à souhait pour notre petit chien et nous. On y reviendra lors d’un prochain voyage. Et pourquoi pas 2-3 nuits plutôt qu’une :) Prévoir : linge à vaisselle et séchoir à cheveux.

The staff were lovely and the accommodations were dated but clean and spacious. However, the sitting area had a very unpleasant odour which soured the stay.

The location and view is amazing. Since it’s very close to the ocean the humidity is very high in the rooms. The AC in our room was too noisy. Room was clean but not sparkly. Overall good experience except for musty odor of the room. Unfortunately. Maybe other rooms with two doors and more ventilation don’t have same issue.

It is extremely quiet as it is out in the country. Bed was very comfortable. Can’t comment on area as we came in late and had to leave early for a flight. Room is clean, decor is unique.

It is a beautiful spot. The proprietor was helpful and friendly. The room was big. We did have some trouble with the WIFI.

Les pour:La vue est incroyable. C’est moins chère qu’ailleurs. Il y a l’air climatisé, un micro-onde, 2 ronds pour chauffer avec casserole et évier de cuisine avec un peu de vaisselle. Télé avec wifi pour netflix ou autre avec votre compte personnel. Les contre: notre chambre très bruyant au dessus à partir de 6h30 tous les jours (je crois que c’est leur entrepot car c’était vraiment des gros bruits pendant des heures) pas bien nettoyé en arrivant mais c’était pas trop pire. Beaucoup de moustiques qui réussissent à s’infiltrer dans la chambre tous les soirs. Donne 1 papier toilette pour 5 jours pour 5 personnes… doit constamment demander et on a l’air de déranger. Aucun service durant la semaine mais un motel ça doit être tous comme ça. Le futon est vraiment trop inconfortable pour dormir. On a pris notre lit gonflable. L’accès à la plage est parcemé de caca d’animal mais c’est pas leur faute. Nous n’y sommes pas allé. Sinon pour le prix faut pas être trop difficile. On a pas essayé le déjeuner.

All is perfect except no AC
The room is big, you even have a kitchenette a big fridge and an awesome bathroom/shower. Bed were very cozy and confortable. Only thing missing is an AC.

On a quiet sideroad well away from any traffic, Indian Point is a lovely property. The property is extraordinarily clean. The hosts are friendly and kind.

Disappointingly loud 2nd floor residents
I guess all the positive reviews were from guests in the main motel building that has only one floor. We were in the building at the end, which has residents in the second floor. These people were loudly stomping back and forth until after 1:00 AM, only to resume at 5:30 AM. The room itself was nice, but thanks to the noise it was a very disappointing, sleepless experience overall. If you choose to stay here, I highly recommend you insist on staying in the main, single-floor motel building.

They seemed confused about our arrival and how to check us in. But we’re very friendly. It’s an older property, rundown and outdated. The smell of cheap air freshener was over powering. No heating when we arrived in the room, it was incredibly cold and took a few hours to warm up. Sheets and towels had been well laundered, but we’re past showing signs of their age. Stove/sink/fridge combo was handy if dated and probably dangerous. Overall it was like going back to the 80’s if the 80’s hadn’t been updated since the 60’s. Clean place, but really dated and not worth what we paid. We wouldn’t stay again.
