“Liked waterfront room with view. Parking garage attached to hotel for easy access and exiting. Enjoyed free breakfast. Repairs needed in bathroom. Flooring dirty in bathroom. Air conditioner was very noisy. The fan was so loud had difficulty sleeping.”

“I was disappointed in my stay. I paid for the room on the Expedia website. When I showed up at the hotel, they charged me an extra $200 as a deposit which I thought was stupid because I had already paid for the room with the taxes. Not only that the room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. There were holes in the curtains, the carpet was dirty. There was coffee on the wall from a Keurig. And the pillows on the bed were disgusting so is the bathroom. The only reason we stayed there……

“The Quality Inn likes to do a Standard Bait and Switch they sell their Service as being Pet Friendly but they don't say anything about the fact that that only refers to the First Floor Apparently. To say they were less than helpful would be an understatement.”
