Newly remodeled 2 bedrooms and 1 bath house. Fast 500 Mbps internet, 55" Firestick TV in Living Room and TVs in both Bedrooms with paid subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime and Sling TV, Disney+, Hulu+, Peacock TV and ESPN+
Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, air fryer, blender, electric mixer, pots and pans for all cooking and baking. There is a 4 burner propane gas grill on the patio to use.

The house was spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in.. The pool and pool area nice and clean. The temperature of the pool just right. The hostess was very generous in supplying all your needs for the kitchen and bathroom, even condiments in the refrigerator. The neighborhood was very quiet. Thank You for renting to us.

Absolutely perfect
My husband and I spent a week here and it was the perfect spot for us. The care that Krisztina puts into making this house absolutely perfect for her guests is apparent the moment you step through the door. It is immaculately clean and so well stocked with quality products and items to borrow. Being able to use the washer/dryer in the sparkling clean garage was much appreciated. By far the best feature of the house is the screened patio with the pool - even in February we could enjoy it thanks to the fact that it’s heated. The gas grill (and well stocked kitchen) allowed us to skip the need to go to restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near grocery stores. One of our most memorable VRBO experiences!

Your Vacation Gem! You Can Stop Scrolling!
Wonderful hostess. Went above and beyond to ensure the home was comfortable, secure and well stocked with those little extras you don’t expect to find in some rentals (toilet paper, condiments, variety of utensils, towels, soaps, plenty of outdoor seating, etc.). Great communicator and prompt responses. I highly recommend this hostess and property. Book here if you are considering vacationing in this area!!

Krizstina's house, hospitality, and heart are perfect
We had travelers ranging from 24 to 80. The house was move-in ready! Plenty of Kitchen items, towels, and linens. The heated pool was awesome!! Krisztina was attentive and quickly responsive to our questions, even though there were very few to ask! I have nothing but praise and recommend this house to any travelers headed to the Port Richey / Tampa Bay Area! Thank you, Krizstina!!

Great Home with Pool in Port Richey Florida
The house is not real big, but perfect for me and my husband. Would also work for a couple with 2 children. It has a one car attached garage where we parked our car. That's also where the washer and dryer are located. Very nice house and super nice heated, salt water, screen-in pool. It was in a good neighborhood and close to shopping. The owner, Krisztina, kept in touch with us and was very responsive. Queen mattress in the main bedroom was not ideal. When I reported it to Krisztina she said it was under a year old and she would put in a warranty claim. The other bedroom contains two twin beds which we did not use. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area.

The house and property was absolutely beautiful and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The host was absolutely amazing and answered any questions or concerns immediately. I would definitely rent from her again and tell my friends and family about her place.

Clean, quiet, comfortable stay
We came into town under stressful circumstances and we were very pleased to find that this was the cleanest home we have ever rented. (Normally we have to clean before we can settle in and not needing to was a refreshing change.) There was plenty of everything we needed, including a well-stocked coffee bar. While we didn't bring our kids, we would've felt very comfortable doing so. As this is my hometown, my husband and I will absolutely stay again on our next trip.

Great experience at 9805 Wayside
The house was exactly as promoted. All the pictures were accurate and displayed the condition of the house. Everything was handy to the location(restaurants, grocery stores and convenience stores) I was a bit concerned with the neighborhood but all was fine. The house seemed to be the nicest and best maintained home in the neighborhood. They had a great time and will be using VRBO again.
