Little Hut, 1/20 Kurrawa Close - Spectacular Water Views, NBN & Air Conditioned

Perfect for couples or a small family who want to be just across the road from the beach. Spacious, air-conditioned living area with unlimited NBN, games and DVDs provided.  

The kitchen provides full cooking facilities and dishwasher. If cooking at home is not what youre after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - favourite place for the locals to watch the spectacular sunsets.

There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and an external laundry with a shared washing machine and dryer. The unit provides undercover parking that will fit two cars length ways, there are beach chairs and an umbrella at the unit for your convenience as well.  

Sit back on the sunny balcony, relax and take in the tranquil environment or run across the road for a swim at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board. Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and a boat ramp - making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Parking: Single undercover car space. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Excellent location!

Excellent location! Just cross the road to the beach. Beach is ideal for children including toddlers. Has a neat barbecue cooking facilities. Apartment was clean and tidy with a full kitchen facilities. Unfortunately, getting in was very tricky with the apartment door lock. Had to ring the agent for help. Fortunately, she had a staff member who happened to be nearby. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Perfect location, lovely and comfortable unit. We love it here, to us every time we come back it is like coming home with a big warm hug welcoming us back.

Great view, but not so much the mattress.

I would have given this property rating 5 stars but it fell down on the same criteria that so many other properties do - an uncomfortable mattress and a disappointing sofa. The view is amazing but you spend more time asleep than looking at the view and it is disappointing when a poor night's sleep affects your enjoyment. As for the sofa - throw it out before it falls apart. This is a modest apartment, but it was very clean, and of course spectacular world class views. Also you can walk along the beach to Shoal Bay or around the headline to Nelson Bay. No need to drive for a week!!

We really enjoyed the location of the unit, and the thoughtful finishes including the children’s toys and books. It was so handy being just across the road from the beach, though at night time some of the parties continued quite late and somewhat spoiled an otherwise idyllic spot. The unit itself is accurately described and fully equipped with everything you need for a beach holiday.
