“We had 3 generations staying here when we cancelled our trip to Noosa due to Cyclone Alfred. We were very lucky to find this house 3 days before our holiday. It was exactly as described if not better. Everyone had an amazing time. There were 4 different families and each had their own space. Gran and Pop took the self contained beach house away from all the noise! There were high chairs for our two babies and so many beds that the cousins all swapped around and had combined sleepovers. "The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible attitude and very, very poor housing experience"
