"This is like my sixth stay here. I stayed for 7 nights. I really enjoyed it. I had a slight matter and Mr. Brown (I think his first name begins with T.) was very helpful (and this was about after 10pm). He immediately figured out a resolution to ensure the issue was resolved in the interim. He also followed up in the morning and he really went above and beyond. These level of customer service is always greatly appreciated.
Judith and the rest of the kitchen staff are always amazing !!!! Breakfast is always really good.
This used to be my go-to hotel but I started staying at another hotel because I do not like the color of the comforters. I really hope they upgrade them to white to give the place a more modern feel. Outside of that, I love this place. It gives a nice outdoor feel as well.
I get to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. "
