“The hotel is fairly new, clean, and very conveniently located. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud if your room is next to the train tracks. During my first two nights, I was woken up in the middle of the night by trains honking as they passed by, though I eventually got used to it. Despite that, I would still choose to stay here again, but I’d recommend requesting a room as far from the train tracks as possible for a better night’s sleep.”

“This property was exactly what my wife and I needed for our stay 2 week stay in Redlands. We felt safe in the surrounding community. The accommodations were modest and clean. Note: This particular property does not have washer. California is expensive; I felt that the price we paid was appropriate”

“Communication with the host was excellent but below are a few items that need to be addressed. Was not what I expected. While the bedroom size was nice, the kitchen and living area were much smaller than anticipated. There were also several safety concerns, including multiple electrical outlets missing covers and no visible fire alarms. In addition, the kitchenette electrical system appeared overloaded — using more than one appliance at a time risked tripping the circuit breaker. To top it off,……

“Location is great due to proximity to many restaurants, stores and the freeways. The place is clean and small, more suited for a short stay for two people or one person for a long stay, mainly because there is no living room and the main common room is the bedroom. The apt is on a lovely homesite and parking on the sidewalk was easy. The AC, bathroom, washer and drying rack were nice, although we didn't use the washer. The small kitchen was a mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and……

“I picked this location because I wanted somewhere close to my sister who we were visiting. The neighborhood worked out perfectly. It was quiet, serene. It was easy to find where everything was located in the home. There is no central AC which we were initially worried about when we arrived on a hot day, but had zero issues sleeping at night. The temperature worked out just fine. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“The property was beautiful and very clean. The windows made it very bright and open. At night however the moonlight kept it bright making it a little difficult to sleep. Thank you for the two fans they were critical as there was no AC and it would get hot and a muggy in the room. We would air out the place when would return as it did not take long to heat up. The soaking tub was amazing. We both were able to sit in it together. A recommendation would be to add some dimmer switches in both……
