The STELLA MARINA holiday apartment is located 450 meters from the sea inside the Sardinia Geominerary Park, it is located in a quiet and beautiful residential neighborhood in Portoscuso and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing escape near the sea, a holiday or a period of smart working in contact with nature. It has an INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE, can accommodate 4 PEOPLE plus a child up to 6 years old and is located in an airy, bright and healthy basement, as well as naturally cool in summer and warm in winter.
However, an inverter AIR CONDITIONER is available for winter heating and summer cooling (use is optional with a small supplement).

The 60 m² structure is composed of: an open space where there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed for two more people, a cot for a child up to 5-6 years and large wardrobe, plus dresser; 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower.
Additional services include Wi-Fi connection, 43" SmartTV, induction hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, fan, washing machine, hydromassage shower, a desk and chair for smart working, a fire extinguisher, a lamp. wall emergency, as well as books and toys for children. A cot and a high chair are also available on request. Crockery, linen, kettle, toaster, 43" smart TV, hairdryer, clothesline, radio-cd, outdoor shower.
NO PETS.

FREE PARKING on the street is available. Pets are not allowed. Loud noises are prohibited between 11pm and 8am so as not to disturb the neighborhood and public peace. Parties or meetings cannot be organised. FREE sheets and towels.

This property has waste recycling rules. More information is provided on site. There is a smoke and carbon monoxide detector even if there is no stove or gas line in the house. First Aid Kit present.
Upon request, guests can store their bicycles and motorbikes in an outdoor space adjacent to the house and inside the property. In the courtyard it is possible to eat outdoors.
The landlord offers a possible TRANSFER to/from Elmas airport, but this must be agreed directly with him.
Possibility, upon request, to hold English, Russian and Italian lessons with a language graduate.

It is possible to use gym equipment in a separate area adjacent to the panoramic terrace (elliptical, bench, free weights, yoga mats, rope, Roman bench, etc.), by prior agreement with the host and with a supplement).
By prior agreement with the owner, it is also possible to use a small swimming pool ideal for children with deckchairs in the private garden.

It is NOT possible to organize parties, meetings or make loud noises, in particular after 10pm and up to 8am and from 1.30pm to 4pm.
