“Had the most magical time, the place is impeccably clean, and the decor? Gorgeous. You can see the distant mountains from the porch! Overall, simply a perfect place to stay at. Jody is the most welcoming and communicative host, she goes out of her way to ensure guests are comfortable. Would 1000% recommend ”

“The clothes dryer is a fire hazard and needs to be removed. Hand towels/ face washers and the only tea towel supplied were frayed and stained. The outdoor area and BBQ were filthy, covered in cobwebs and unusable. All kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery and glasses were dirty and had to be washed before using. The cleaners(a friendly and pleasant couple) said they’d informed the owner the dryer was broken previously. Beds were fine as was linen and bath towels, floors and bathrooms were……

“We love Sandy Point. Especially out the back road looking out onto the grazing paddocks, such a lovely aspect. The cabin was a perfect size for 2 to 4 people. Backyard was wonderful and one thing I will point out which is so important…. the beds were comfortable and the shower was great with really strong pressure. Perfect! ”

“The location of the cabin was great. We spent most of the time watching the horses outside. We both found the stairs difficult as they are like large blocks and quite steep.”
