“Leider hat uns die Anlage enttäuscht. Sie ist extrem voll und überlaufen. Egal ob am Pool, auf den Wegen oder in den Restaurants, überall sind sehr viele Menschen. Dadurch ist es den ganzen Tag laut und hektisch. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, wird hier nicht glücklich. Für uns hatte die Anlage eher den Charakter eines überfüllten Freizeitparks als eines erholsamen Urlaubsortes.”

“I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. The breakfast was good, not to fancy but ordinar”

“這絕對是在佛羅倫斯住宿的超值選擇。飯店位置絕佳，距歷史城區10分鐘的步行距離，卻有相當寧靜的住宿品質，且附近有不少優質的餐廳和酒吧。民宿位於一間有歷史的住宅內，有電梯，且房間裝潢和設施相當舒適新穎。我們住套房可直接看到亞諾河，房間空間非常寬敞舒適，有免費使用的咖啡機和茶包，浴室相當整潔，淋浴間也夠寬敞。若從火車站來，建議搭計程車，大約10歐左右可以解決行李的問題。民宿職員相當盡責，任何問題都能以電郵協助說明，還有代訂票卷服務，可以代訂教堂、烏菲茲美術館等景點的入場卷和預約時間。離開時也很貼心的幫忙預約足夠四人和四大行李乘坐的計程車，服務極佳！ 因為飯店民宿位於ZTL內，強力建議開車的旅人若選擇這間民宿，最好不要開車，省去停車或車牌報備等各繁鎖程序。”

“Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.”

“酒店位置很好，附近有米开朗基罗广场和波波洛花园，过桥走十分钟就到乌菲兹美术馆，酒店建筑历史悠久，但是房间内设施比较现代，而且房间很干净，入住的时候管理人员会给你介绍酒店设施，休闲吧的咖啡免费自助，早餐18欧一人，花园不如照片上看到的大，比较小巧精致，酒店的大门白天是开放的，所以如果住在大门口那栋楼上房间的话，需要注意个人财物，因为我们有一天回来的时候发现房门开了，当然我们没有留贵重物品在房间所以也没有遗失，但是不知道是外来的人打开的还是内部人打开的，另外我们入住了三个晚上，但是客房清洁服务三天都没有提供，这个有点糟糕”
