Super Recomendo! Estive pela segunda vez no apartamento e não estive ano passado devido a pandemia. Aparatamento está em um local tranquilo e em ótima localização próxima a praia e tudo que se precisa está por perto e a proprietária super solicita e aproveitando os porteiros muito bacanas também. Ficamos hospedados no Carnaval e adoramos muito. Queria agradecer a gentileza da Marines, pessoa compreensiva e muito amável, muito obrigada por tudo. Quanto ao apartamento, muito limpinho, bonito e confortável. Adorei tudo. Apenas iria sugerir a alteração dos horários de entrada e saída, creio que a maioria trabalha até as 18h, podendo então alterar a horário de entrada para às 22hs e o de saída tb.

Estive com minha família neste imóvel do dia 17 ao dia 19 de Fevereiro/2017 , e tudo lá nos surpreendeu , o apartamento é muito melhor do que nas fotos , extremamente limpo , organizado , espaço ideal para curtir praia e descanso , nas mediações não tivemos dificuldade em achar o que precisávamos , mercado , padaria , lojinhas , sorveteria , restaurantes , tudo muito próximo do imóvel , portaria 24 hrs , funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. Ótimo Apartamento!

Meus amigos e eu passamos a virada de ano de 2015-2016 nesse apartamento. Tuto perfeito; os funcionários do prédio são super atenciosos e prestativos, assim como a proprietária do apartamento, a Sra. Marines. Ótima localização, não precisamos usar o carro para nada, pois tem tudo perto (mercados, farmácia, restaurantes...). Espero poder alugar esse apartamento mais vezes.

Passei o feriado com mais 3 amigas nesse apartamento. Nunca aluguei pela internet, mas a Dona Marinês sempre tão atenciosa não deixou dúvidas. Chegamos na madrugada do dia 15/11 e fomos muito bem recepcionadas pelo porteiro. O apartamento é perfeito, aconchegante e estava tudo muito limpo. Bom passei alguns dias nesse apartamento, e foram ótimos dias, a marines foi super atenciosa sempre, o prédio é super pertinho da praia, os funcionários foram super simpáticos. Experiência no apartamento

O local é mais que agradável e aconchegante. Tem como características a localização (próximo da praia), facilidade de acesso e o conforto que o local proporciona. OTIMAS FERIAS !!!!!

Passamos alguns dias de nossas Ferias no mes de Fevereiro / 2011 neste apto e simplesmente adoramos a comecar pela Dona Marines que do comeco ao fim muito atenciosa conosco tirando todas nossa duvidas e receios sempre que ligavamos para ela, ja que era a primeira vez que tinhamos acessado o site e tivemos a felicidade de encontrar o apartamento dela, predio bem localizado, proximo a praia o que foi muito bom pois levamos duas criancas de 02 e 03 anos onde podiamos ir e voltar sem nos preocupar com a distancia, tudo muito perto, quase nao usamos o carro, apto muito organizado, limpo bem aconchegante o predio tbem seguranca 24 hs. Otimo, perfeito e com certeza voltaremos la varias vezes. Muito obrigada pela atencao conosco e até mais !!!!!!!!
