“I cant brag enough about our stay here. Janel and Brett were an absolute DELIGHT to be around. The property was immaculate, the bed was LITERALLY the most comfortable I've ever stayed in, the price was phenomenal given the location! Next time we drive up fron Wisconsin this will absolutely be our stay again! Thankyou sooooo MUCH!”

“It was a cozy and wonderful room in Clovis. About 1h to Yosemite Park. We would be happy to come back again.”

“I thought we were getting our own place. It turned out to be a common area with two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The common area was very clean, and coffee and a light snack were provided. There was also a refrigerator and a sitting area. In the bedroom, water and chocolates were provided. Also, toiletries were in the bathroom. Everything you need was there. It was very clean and comfortable.”

“Hosts were super nice! The animals on the property are so sweet!”

“All clean”

“The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to……

“Great little property. Very clean and quiet. Convenient location near restaurants.”

“We really appreciated the food that was available as we arrived late and didn’t have time to get to a grocery store.”

“Wonderful location for our Yosemite trip. Marcia was very accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with!”

“Pros: the host was super responsive and very plant to deal with. The Latin is very nice, quiet and lots of parking spaces. The kitchen was well stock with spices and coffee, and creamer! Cons: the bed was a little too soft for us. More instructions would be great- how to turn on the fireplace, Google and its bad direction (running into a fenced dead end), gate code is provided AFTER getting inside the house (had to wait for a fuest to exit the ground and squeezed in). Overall though, a nice……

“Great stay!”

“The house was clean and had plenty of room. The host was attentive and very helpful and the pizza from his restaurant next door was delicious!!”

“House was great location for use and very good layout. Host was very quick to respond and made it easy. Would stay again.”

“I went to Clovis, CA, to see family and needed a larger 1-story home to accommodate them. Prior to booking this home, I contacted the owner, who promptly answered all of my questions. He and his team also answered my questions quickly, thoroughly, and with kindness throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this clean, spacious home. Using the garage to park a vehicle and having a 1-story home for a family member with mobility issues who cannot climb stairs easily were huge pluses as……

“Cleanest place I've found in Shaver Lake. Wonderful bed.”
