“This villa is AMAZING!!! We had a group of 6 adults but EASILY could have fit 4 more. Coming from the US, this is the epitome of what we Americans envision Tuscany to be. We still can not believe how little we paid for the week, this would have easily been 3 times the amount in the US. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and Olive orchards; the only downfall was the massive amount of stink bugs that were out this time of year. We even brought one home with us ;). “Staying at a villa and property like this was a dream come true. As you’ve read the pictures just do not do it justice. The view is spectacular. Our host was so charming and helpful. We had a cooking class with Jacopo from "Let's Cook" which was so much fun. We also did a Chianti Wine and Food Safari with Walkabout tours that was fantastic. All of Caterina suggestions were so helpful even down to the drivers she recommended. Having this Villa to come home to each night was the icing on the cake.”

“We had a wonderful time staying at Countryside Florence Villa. Pool was an absolute highlight during the heatwave Italy was experiencing at the beginning of our trip. Also being nestled in the hills outside of Florence meant it was 5C cooler at the house than down in the City. “We were a group of 6 friends and stayed for a week. The property is very large and well maintained. The view is gorgeous and we couldn't get enough of the sunsets at dinner. “After some time being tourists in Europe, a week in Anna's villa in Tuscany was just the tonic which was required. Arnaldo was available nearby for anything which needed assistance. The pool and the Tuscan sun were an inevitable combination. If more tourist activity is thought necessary, drive into Pontassieve, park in the supermarket car park, catch the train into Florence ( about 25 minutes). “Villa Giotta was the perfect spot for our family trip. We stayed for 7 nights with 8 adults and 2 children. Lorenzo was very attentive to our needs and very helpful in finding transportation when we wanted to go as a group to Sienna. He also arranged a cooking class at the Villa which was a highlight for our trip. The property exceeded our expectations. It was beautiful inside and out. They helped with transportation, travel ideas, and also prepared home cooked amazing meals in the villa, including two 4 course dinners and an amazing pizza night in the homes built in pizza oven. “This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being……
