“Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is AMAZING! Clean and the apartment and facility had everything we needed. Location is unbeatable. Short walk to lake, restaurants and market. Pool on the roof has the most amazing view. This is a very family friendly hotel. My boys loved being here.”

“OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy.

“Expect no towels (except you pay 5 Euros), no water boiler and breakfast is 16 Euro per person for something that’s never worth 16 euro (except the coffee). Rooms were ok but nothing special.”

“super👍”

“Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails.”
