“Nous avons réservé cet hotel Relais & Spa par Expedia et nous avons payé un supplément pour inclure le souper tel que proposé par la plateforme Expedia. À notre arrivée, nous avons été informés que le Spa et le Restaurant étaient fermés tous les mardis!!! On nous a dit de communiquer avec Expedia pour obtenir un remboursement pour le souper prépayé. Nous avons dû aller souper ailleurs, très peu d’options dans le village. À notre retour du restaurant, pas de personnel à la reception de……

“La verità è che l’hotel mi è sembrato molto ingannevole. Innanzitutto, ha una valutazione di 9, considerata eccellente, mentre secondo me non merita più di un 6 o, al massimo, un 7. Al mio arrivo non c’era nessuno alla reception e ho trovato soltanto un cartello con scritto: «Torniamo tra 10 minuti». Alla fine, ho dovuto chiamare il numero di telefono per far sì che qualcuno venisse ad aprire le porte. Appena entrato, il ragazzo della reception mi ha informato che non offrono né la colazione……
