“I booked a room in a February, a standard King room. When I got to the hotel I was told that my room was upgraded to a deluxe double room. Upon getting to the room I realized that the standard King room that I booked in the nice renovated half of the hotel turned out to be a room with two full beds in an outdated rundown section of the hotel.
