"My stay at this hotel was disappointing from start to finish. Check-in was slow and confusing. Although I had a reservation, I was required to provide all my information again before receiving my room key. The parking instructions were unclear, and I spent a long time trying to find the garage. I only found it after receiving help from other guests. The parking garage was extremely difficult to use. I drive a pickup truck, and the ceiling clearance was very low. There were several areas where the ceiling appeared to sag or had support structures hanging down, making me worry about damaging my vehicle. When leaving the garage, the exit sensor failed to recognize my vehicle, causing a delay. Later I was told that larger vehicles could park in designated spaces at the front of the hotel, information that should have been provided during check-in. The room also had maintenance issues. The bathroom privacy door did not work properly, and the shower door was very difficult to open and close. The shower floor made concerning cracking noises when walked on. The most serious issue occurred the next morning when my son became trapped inside the shower because the door would not open. We eventually had to remove part of the rubber seal to get the door open. This was a significant safety concern. The hotel’s main advantage is its affordable price. However, due to the parking difficulties, maintenance problems, and lack of clear guest guidance, I would not stay here again."
