“Nice welcome. Helpful staff. White pristine bed linen and towels. Family room great with double bed and 2 singles for kids. Kettle, tea, coffee etc. En suite bathroom good but could do with updating. Good hot water and shower though. Price was right. ”

“Delightful accommodations with "old world charm"! We had a corner room with an irregular shape which added to its character. A fabulous breakfast promptly served included in stay in a room with ample setting and a truly lovely setting. Conveniently locates across the street from the train station, but not noisy at all. Good spot to visit Llandudno and other sites.”

“Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have……

“I stayed at this property for one week in mid-October 2024 and was fully satisfied with my stay. I was first struck on entering by its cleanliness - the condition was immaculate. The house is well laid out and the kitchen has all you need to settle in and take care of all your culinary needs. The bedroom I used was spacious and the bed was very very comfortable.
