The setting was peaceful and relaxing — the perfect place to unwind and reconnect. We loved sitting by the water, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, and watching the kids play in the yard. The house was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a cozy family weekend. We’re already looking forward to coming back — truly a hidden gem!”

“The location was very private and peaceful. There was an area downstairs for hanging out together, playing pool, or just watching a movie. Upstairs our group of 5 adults and 3 kids were able to eat together in the dinning room or lounge in the living room, talking, reading, or working on the puzzle we brought. There are some items on shelves and in cabinets that seem breakable, so maybe be aware of that if traveling with small children or pets.”

Communication with the host was excellent, and the location was so convenient—close to colleges, the DCU Center, and plenty of restaurants and stores for whatever you need. We were in town for a funeral, and having multiple rooms and bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have their own space.
