“This well appointed condo is in the ideal location in Cuenca. Out the front door you are in the beautiful historic district of Cuenca and out the back door, down the stairs and you are on the Rio Tomebamba walking path so start exploring! The modern condo is beautifully decorated and the rooftop provides 360 degree view of the Cajas Mountains. The landlord is extremely responsive and more than willing to please. This is our 7th year to rent here and that says it all! We highly recommend this……

“El departamento estuvo muy limpio y muy acogedor, nos encantó el ambiente y la disponibilidad de artefactos. La persona encargada estuvo muy al pendiente de nuestras preguntas y comodidad. Sin embargo su ubicación no es conveniente si el viaje es por paseo, el centro y lugares de entrenamiento están distantes. Tambien, eramos 5 adultos viajando y solo habian dos cuartos disponibles, cada uno con una cama. Tuvimos que acomodar en el piso a uno de los jovenes, nada cómodo para él. Hay un cuarto……

“The hotel is located only one block from the main plaza in Cuenca which is a prime location. The apartments are wonderful; so much nicer than staying in just a hotel room. Security is good, and the staff friendly and helpful. ”

“Right from the start the host contacted me and I was able to reach them easily with questions and concerns. The reoccurring issue we had was the main door code wasnt working, but the host did eveything they could and fixed the issue. They helped giving us ideas on where we could go eat and visit. It felt really nice to have someone looking after us. Bonus that they pick up your laundry from your room and bring it back. We felt at ease knowing our clothes were being taken care of without us……

“All the beds are old cracking when you move a little defy sheet kitchen utensils very old nasty no glasses no plates only two chairs for dining no spoons forks nifes ”
