“First given a room with someone else in it. Employee quickly switched our rooms.
Older rooms, with old, non-working thermostat still in the room with new separate heater above the door and a/c in window.
No fridge, microwave, eat.
Front staff very friendly and helpful.”

“Very disappointing we booked in March and April for our rooms and paid to stay at a hotel with a casino When arrived They said that the casino had just moved down the street we asked for discounted rate on our rooms, the hotel said that we should have looked at the website we would have known the casino left , we had no reason to go the hotel website again, False advertising it’s still advertised as hotel and casino .”

“The room was fine. we stayed there at the beginning and end of our time in the USA. The staff was great and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was very good. The breakfast was good...perhaps a little more fruit would be appreciated. ”
