The hotel waa closed when i got there and had to find somewhere else to stay. Not impressed!!!

The room wasn't clean. Just been tidy up. Sonk was dirty, hair on the pillows, the floor wasnt vacuumed, items are still in the fridge, etc.

This was the most horrible experience ever. My check in included me writing my name and phone number on a piece of paper next to others names... the hotel had a foul odour. Our room was filthy. There was yellow stains (almost like a dog lifted leg on mattress corners) sheets were also stained. There was needle cover on the floor, window ledge was gross, fan on A/C was loud (I was trying to use this to air out the room) window didn’t open, and was being locked shut with part of a hockey stick, there was no screen. The ice bucket was completely filthy and had a bag in it that had clearly been used and full of dirt and grease like substance. There was no toilet paper, nobody ever returned to the front desk, or answered the phone for the duration of our two night stay. I phoned from hotel room phone to front desk over a dozen times, and left messages. I also called from my cell phone to the hotel... never got through. Toilet paper is fairly essential, and the fact nobody was around to fix this issue.... confused me. How can a business be run like this. Completely disgusted with this. I have never felt so robbed of my money in my life. On a positive note... I guess the bed was comfy. I do enjoy staying in older hotels and rarely stay in fancy. I am not fussy, but this was completely and utterly pathetic.

Terrible place

When we arrived to check in, the front door was standing open but there was NO ONE around. We hollered, phoned the number left propped on the desk (only to get an answering machine) and were left wondering what is with this place. Another wannabe guest came in & he knew there’d been a fight in the lobby the previous night, someone had been hauled off to jail but that still didn’t answer our question why the door was open & no one to check us in. We left and found other accommodations

Pretty decent for the price

It was pleasant to stay at Provost Motor Inn. When I came, there is no one at the front desk. but the girl at bar was very good at arranging the room for me. I stayed on the first floor. The room was a little bit dated, but fully functional. There is microwave, coffee machine.Bath room was clean with complimentary bath and both work soap/ shampoo. The bed was cozy and pillow was soft. Considering the affordable price.,I would say it was very good stay there.

Decent, clean room- especially for the price. Thin walls though so you can hear other people's tv as well as people going up and down the stairs. Comfy bed and nice bedding.

Never again

Room was hot. Fan didn’t work. No screen on windows. Dirty. I woke up covered in sparkles from my bed. Had to go to funeral looking like a stripper. No coffee in room and when I went down to get some, no one at feont desk

Comfy beds and excellent staff!

The staff was excellent - very accommodating. The bathroom could use some work... slightly concerning black "marks" on the ceiling above the shower. But the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was pretty quiet.
