“Lovely cottage in the Cotswolds. We stayed here for its proximity to Badminton Horse Trials and we were not disappointed. Enjoyed the beautiful scenery and garden as the cottage had everything we needed and very comfortable.”

“Room was perfectly adequate for us. The check in process was appalling. We arrived a couple of hours after the earliest check in time to find a big queue of angry people. Check in was being done by the security guard - he was brilliant and deserves a medal - who was doing his best to resolve all sorts of problems. We checked in eventually after 45 minutes or so. Our heart went out to various people who had clearly been waiting for a very long time to get their rooms. Whoever manages the letting……

“This is my first time booking a hotel on hotel.com. It is not as convenient as booking, but the customer service is OK. The location is relatively easy to find, it is a big apartment, and I am very satisfied with everything.”

“A most pleasant and pleasing stay overall. Great location, clean and stylish. The only area needs improvement is check in time (4pm is too late) and no luggage storage prior to check in (especially when check in time is so late). ”

“This cellar apartment is a very cool place to stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful information regarding the area and getting around. Very nicely renovated with a well equipped kitchen, the apartment suited our needs perfectly. The bathroom was large with a great shower. It was very comfortable and quiet which made for an excellent night's sleep.”

“It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. The owner should put more effort into the place, instead of just taking the money.”
