“The house is well stocked with things you need to cook—usually that is not the case but this house had everything. It was very clean and comfortable. Taylor is fabulous and very responsive. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you.”

“Overall the property was very nice. It was great for a group with adults and teenage kids as there were two masters on the first floor and a hang out space downstairs for the kids. The location and dock for a boat as well as trampoline and second floor dock for jumping were enjoyed by all. “This home was perfect for our group, four adults and two kids. The no wake cove was great for swimming and fishing. We caught lots of cats and carp off the bank, plenty of brim and a good size large mouth bass. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.”

“My husband and our dogs spent the week here and it was everything we needed. Just be warned that the house is located at the bottom of a steep hill. The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult. “This is an extremely accommodating home with bathrooms in all the bedrooms and never ending space. There are actually 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. There is enough space for 22 people to sleep in beds. Not just the 12. Recommendation to future renters is to reach out to Ashley to make sure you can bring your large group! The best part are the knockout views of Smith Mountain in this perfect protected cove. Most places on the lake with this view are in choppy water from the boat traffic. You have a……
