Villa Capri is a newly renovated home located on the Punta Gorda Isles canal. With its spacious layout, stunning views, private dock, heated saltwater pool, and lanai, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your loved ones. A 30-minute walk, or 10-minute bike ride (bikes included!) will bring you to Fishermen`s Village for casual or fine dining and shopping. Villa Capri is easy to drive to, with nearby airports, amenities, and a local beach.



This beautifully appointed ranch-style home has contemporary décor and stainless appliances. Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, luxurious bathrooms, and comfy beds with beautiful bedding and linens. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen, and a sofa-bed. Kindly seek prior permission before hosting additional visitors.



Relax in a comfortable chaise lounge by the pool and enjoy a cocktail while looking at the sunrise or sunset. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the use of 4 adult bikes with helmets and bike locks. Two kayaks, life jackets, fishing rods, and beach chairs are also available for a well-rounded experience.



For relaxation indoors, indulge in premium satellite TV. The villa caters to your needs with basic amenities as well, such as plastic ware for poolside convenience, an array of books and games for all ages, a Pack `n Play, highchair, safety monitor, and a baby bathtub. The villa prioritizes security with a child safety fence and a pool safety alarm system, ensuring peace of mind. All amenities are provided free of charge.



As a thoughtful gesture, a chilled bottle of sparkling wine awaits in the refrigerator for your enjoyment. If you wish, please let us know in advance for seamless accommodations.

Upon confirming your reservation, a comprehensive digital guidebook will be at your fingertips, replete with a home guide, local attractions, and stellar recommendations for nearby restaurants and bars in the heart of Punta Gorda.



Early/Late Check-In/Out is accommodated whenever possible, based on availability. Associated fees are as follows:

Early Check-In 8am-12pm: $250

Early Check-In 12pm-4pm: $150

Late Check-Out Before 12pm: $150

Late Check-Out 12pm-5pm: $250

(plus applicable taxes)



Please note that there are no recording devices within the interior of the home, nor the back deck, patio, or dock area. A Ring Doorbell is positioned at the front entrance and actively captures both audio and visual information.



This property is cleaned in accordance with CDC guidelines.



Pets may be allowed with prior approval and payment of the $250 +tax per pet fee - please inquire before booking.
