Also it would have been appreciated to have had more towels and wash cloths. “This airbnb was absolutely amazing. We kept saying the whole time we were there how happy we were that we picked this place. The condo was way more spacious than we had even originally thought (it's bigger than it looks in the pictures) and the patio was incredible. We spent most of our time out there - it was so private with all the plants. The staff at the gate of this property were beyond friendly and helped us with everything we needed within minutes. The condo was everything that we wanted to celebrate in for our 50th birthday, there was even a surprise birthday basket for me, and my sister. Paula, the host, had immediate communication with me. We made a complaint, received a response, made ourselves available for someone to look at the oven on the Thursday. It required a part which could be ordered from San Jose and would arrive on the Monday. That was week 1 and we would be back on track for the last 2 weeks. We were there 3 weeks with no access to an oven. As well, the listing indicated dishwasher, smoke detector and carbon……

The condo community is close knit with a large group of friends who stay for extended vacations each year. The entire group was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The onsite employees were all friendly and helpful. It made our first visit to Costa Rica very enjoyable.”

“The condo was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and well maintained. The pools are just amazing and so nice to have as an option other than the beach. Bedrooms were very nice with storage and bathrooms were spacious. The washer and dryer are a big bonus. The views from this condo are breathtaking! There is a restaurant a few steps from the pool exit, and a small convenience store just ourside the main gates and a few doors down. The condo is off the main strip……
