“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders an der Rezeption wurde ich sehr herzlich empfangen und immer freundlich behandelt.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, und das Essen hat ebenfalls sehr lecker geschmeckt. Man hat sich einfach rundum wohlgefühlt.
