"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The property is stunning, but what really stood out was the staff- every single person we interacted with was warm, helpful, and genuinely happy to accommodate anything we needed. They went above and beyond with a smile every time. The food was incredible — honestly, next level. From caviar to tomahawk steak, everything was beautifully done and felt very high-end. That said, there are a couple of things I wish I’d known before going: This is 100% a couples hotel. If you’re single or going with friends, it’s not the right vibe. Everything about the place screams honeymoon or anniversary. The bathroom setup has zero privacy. The shower has a window that looks directly into the room, the shower door is clear, and there’s no actual door separating the toilet or bathroom area from the rest of the room. It’s fine for couples, but if you’re not super comfortable with the people you’re staying with, this could be awkward. Overall, it was a beautiful stay and I’d recommend it to couples who want a romantic, luxury experience. Just not the best fit if you’re going solo or with friends."
