“The location was the only good thing about it. It said parking on the property, but it was in front of the house. We parked in the empty lot next door. There was trash in the bedroom and the bathroom shower walls were dirty. She sent the cleaning lady over, but she said it was stained. There was pink soap down the side of shower and the whole bottom was terrible. We were glad the bedroom had air but she said it couldn’t be lower than 24 which is 75 f to warm in already stifling hot weather.……

“The property itself was quite nice and the beach is great. However, we were battling cockroaches the entire time. We probably killed around 12 roaches. And we left bread on the counter for an afternoon and it was covered in tiny bugs. This is our mistake too, but the bugs were just too overwhelming. The owner is very kind and communicative. The only downside is the war on bugs during our stay.”

“This is a scam! We booked for 3 nights. But there was no appartment at the adress we whent around the area to try and find it. We even found locals to help us out. But the place isn't there. No one from the appartment rentals answer calls or messages. Stay away from this place. ”

“Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Vor allem die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sogar Deutsch. Einziges Manko ist, dass in der Beschreibung für uns nicht gleich klar war, dass es sich bei den günstigeren Zimmern um ein Gemeinschaftsbad handelt, da explizit das Bad als Ausstattung der Wohneinheit angegeben ist. Aufgrund der täglichen Reinigung war das jedoch nicht so dramatisch.”

“Dome was very musty smelling with mold on lampshade, debris on bed and carpet/floor and no water pressure. Host was notified water had run out and mold/must and showed up to offer us to move to other dome. Once moved, the skylight in the larger 2 king bed dome had leaked and bed was soaking wet and standing water on the floor. Skylight was falling out of ceiling. TV remote was not in living room space. Clear window on dome was so dirty could not even see out of them. Would not recommend staying……

“No communication from the host the day of check in! Which means we had no lock box code and no wifi. There is no cellular in that area, so we were going to drive back down the hill for reception. Thankfully, the nice folks in the domes shared the wifi code with me. I tried calling the host, messaging on WhatsApp, and messaging via VRBO with no response. I was on hold with VRBO when the nice cleaning lady walked by. After trying to explain to her that the host was not responding, she gave me……

“We traveled in October. It was an amazing view and experience to be in the middle of nature. Saw monkeys right from the beautiful deck. So natural and peaceful. Amazing It sleep 5 however it’s one room, a dome house. We thought it was 2 bedroom from description. It’s luxury camping. Just amazing. Beautiful beach. Tree top views. NEED 4x4 to get to this specific dome house. WILL GO AGAIN. Super happy.”

“We had a difficult time locating the property based on the location included in Expedia. The host did send directions via WhatsApp. However, I did not check that until we were already in the wrong location. The host was very accommodating and actually drove to us and guided us to the property. Ana, the host was very nice and accommodating. We opted for the breakfast which compared to sodas In the area was reasonably priced. The host recommended betos restaurant and it did not disappoint.……

“We enjoyed the overall experience. We wish we would have had more time at the biodome. It was pretty cool but I feel there are a few things that could have been addressed. The entryway door was extremely difficult to open and close. My wife and kids couldn't even use it. It was as if either the door was swollen from moisture or just off angle. I guess that could be a really big deal. The whole place did have a musty smell, I'm assuming the humidity doesn't help. The giant window would……

“Nous avons adoré dormir à ce dôme. Le lit, les oreillés, les draps et douillette tout était très confortable. Les draps et douillette était tellement doux. Je crois que s'était en cotton Egyptien. Le déjeuner qui était inclus était vraiment bon et une très grosse portion. Le café cultivé et préparé sur place était délicieux. Un vrai bon café du Costa rica. Nous avions le wifi dans notre dôme qui fonctionnait parfaitement. Nous avons apprécié également la douche chaude. S'était un très……
