“It was a funky, historic place to visit. Lots of artifacts. Just our style! Breakfast was great and the waitress was excellent.”

“Solo female teaveler. Needed a place to sleep on my way home from canada. I didn't need anything fancy and wanted to save some money. This place was great from the moment I walked in. The man who greeted me was kind and warm and had me checked in and ready to go so fast! He gave me great directions that parked me literally in front of my 2nd floor room. People staying there were kind - hello's, etc. and i didnt feel scared taking a walk around the property to move a little. The next……

“The motel is a little dated but that did not effect our stay at all. The room was clean and quaint. We were close to where we needed to be. It's close to shopping and food and the. There was no A/C but there were 3 fans to keep us cool. Definately would stay there again.”

“This place’s view was stunning. The cabin is exactly as pictured and cozy. The most important factors for us were that it was dog friendly and they had an amazing restaurant on site which was handy because there isn’t much around in terms of dining. This place is worth the drive and the hosts who live on site were accommodating but also gave you space. I would recommend this place to anyone going to the Powell river area”

“It was a pleasant and quiet place to stay with our dog. The accommodation was small yet as advertised. The outdoor common kitchen area needed some improvements -eg- there was no running water in the sink. ”

“The best place to stay. It blew us away, for starters the family that owns the property are some of the nicest and most welcoming people we have ever met. It was truly a great experience getting to chat with them and watch them work on their homestead. Secondly the stay is absolutely beautiful, cabins are spacious and cozy and filled with all the essentials, the air conditioning is the cherry on top. “It's a beautiful, quiet Serene clean property with privacy fences around each glamping site. There are chickens on the property and fresh eggs in the fridge upon arrival. The glamper is clean and supplies are available. Coffee, tea, seasonings, barbecue, dish soap, etc”
