Because the access road near the hotel was blocked, Uber taxis couldn't get close, forcing me to drag my suitcase a long way on foot. “It was completely not what I expected compare to what I selected for the room from the picture. It’s got a giant hot tub and a sauna which I did not ask for or wanna use.
