“The room was average, but the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. They ignored us, never greeted us, and made it clear we weren't welcome. Breakfast was poor—one egg was rotten—so I skipped meals there to avoid food poisoning. They focused on telling us about inconveniences like the closed pool and broken gate, and that we should leave before 10:00 on the last day. I cannot recommend this place; the owners are unsuited for hospitality.”

“I travelled to Palazzo Tucci with my family of 4, which includes 2 preteen children. We really enjoyed our large room and the beautiful eating area which had original frescoes from the 1700s. The villa is located very conveniently to the city center of Luca. There were not many other travelers. I believe they’re only four or six other rooms so we felt like we had the place to ourselves.
