“Loved the bungalow! Perfect for our one night stay. Downfalls were no hot water, the pool wasn’t clean, & the rocks between the place & the ocean. We are young, but I’m sure an older couple would struggle to get from the place to the beach. We loved the vibes of this place. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Air conditioning worked great. ”

“This property was amazing, cleanliness was amazing, host is very attentive as well as the workers there throughout the day. Very quiet area, great food spots within walking distance. The only issue I did have was arriving to property it was confusing with construction on the main road but other than that the experience at this property was a 10/10 and would highly recommend! ”

“I stayed here for a weekend and it was ok. My AC went out and they had to replace it so i showered in another room until they had everything fixed. The gave me free breakfast for that. My TV didn’t work my entire stay. The pool is small i didn’t utilize it. I don’t drink but my slushies were pretty good. The seafood platter that i ordered was mid but i loved the breakfast. Its near the beach and you can access it once you get pass the rocks. Food along the beach was good but you can’t bring it……

“Wi-Fi did not work most of the night and day. They claimed repairs were being done. But for over a week. At the end there was no electricity or even water. Therefore not sanitary. The staff was very sweet. It was fairly close to beautiful Playa Mahajual. The faulty, usually non-existent Wi-Fi prevented me from getting necessary work done. The breakfasts were good. The hotel is set in a beautiful oasis with Palm trees and a welcoming pool. Both the staff and guests were a pleasure to know. These……

“I had higher expectations for this hotel based on the ratings, but we were disappointed. First, the property is under construction. I wish they would have told us beforehand. Very loud hammering and metal grinding literally from 8 am to 5 pm! Needless to say, no peace and quiet to be had around the pool or restaurant. Additionally, the pool furniture was unclean with stains, and the amount of flies was bothersome (Not their fault). All of this made us wonder ,"Is this really supposed to be……

“Construction in hotel did not appear to be completely finished evidenced by incomplete exterior yard space and construction material in that space. Poor parking space available at hotel and around hotel. Luckily during my stay there weren't many guests, but cannot imagine what it would be like during full house. We were not notified that we must request daily room service, hence our room was not cleaned during our whole stay. We were never asked how our stay was going or if we needed anything-……

“The hotel is located right in the heart of Santa Tecla and has access to carpark. A good place to stay 2-5 days. Very accessible to transport, shops and places to eat. Rooms have decent space, but lack facilities such as table, desks and wardrobes. ”
