“Totally surprised how nice the room was in the Stag. Room was immaculate, everything worked, cleaned and replenished with tea/coffee and biscuits, bed made and clean towels, Yes!!! Every day. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for us, if I wanted anything it was given and more without question. The location was great for getting into Wroxham and for driving elsewhere. Thank you for our lovely week to all the staff. ”

“ Booked overnight stay following a music event nearby. Booked Riverside Hotel, but they obviously own several properties nearby. Our room was in a converted house up a side road so sadly no Riverside view. Room was very preventable. Needs a net curtain at window to aid privacy, better quality mattresses and pillows. Cleaner needs to look up & dust light fittings. ”

“Fantastic staff mostly shout out to poppy who was amazing ! Breakfast and pizzas amazing , views from pub garden lovely , Lady at breakfast very grumpy and told to leave the room early S she needed to clean it although we had an prior arrangement to book out late , she made us leave very rude ”

“Upon arrival, the hotel was incredible, parking was easy, we was ealry to check in, however, we were made comfortable at the bar to unwind with some drinks prior. The garden was lovely, the spa facilities was beyond expectation, more so, the beer spa which we booked in for, was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, the food was outstanding, the best 3 course meal we've ever had. A massive thank you to the staff for accommodating my needs regarding proposing to my wife to……

“Great view, intriguing. Reakfastbwhich worked really well. Great comms from the host who wasn’t available when I arrived. Great view over the back field watching the harvest come in! Tip - reverse into the parking space it’s fairly tricky to reverse out onto the road depending on time of day. ”

“Lovely room. Ours was at the top, it was a hot night and heat rises! We did have the windows open but it’s quite a busy road so lots of road noise. The blind also let in a lot of light too and if light sensitive there was a bright green light shinning in the ceiling. Bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Restaurant packed and the food was good. I had the roast and my husband had the mutton curry - huge potions. Staff very helpful and smiley but rushed off their feet. ”
