“My stay would've been great. However, I booked a king sized bed and paid for it through Expedia and was given a room with a double bed.
When I called the front desk on arriving at my room to find a double bed I was told that there were no king beds available. They made no offer of compensating me for the price difference. No attempt whatsoever to try to satisfy our complaint. A full-blown bait & switch. Reading the fine it basically says that they can give you whatever room they want and……
