“Stayed for just one night in this lovely, character-filled home to watch our daughter run the Tongariro Goat the next day (usually stay for two nights but unfortunately couldn't this time).What a great place! So much character, great open plan living area, plenty of sleeping space with comfy beds and a lovely setting. “Cosy warm family home. Had everything we needed and more. Plenty to entertain the kids on a rainy afternoon..table tennis, toys, PlayStation and a stack of DVDs. Head up the road by car to explore the mountain or a short walk in to Ohakune town. We loved our stay!”

“The house was great, we stayed so my husband and brother in law could do the Tongariro Crossing. We all stayed including the kids and there was plenty of room and had everything we needed. John was great allowing a super late checkout for us also. The housr was clean and tidy. Perfect property for our stay and family numbers. Would highly recommend this property ”

“The 6 bedroom room, was just big enough for us. The room was quickly warmed up by the heatpump. The kitchen was well setup and the fridges were perfect to keep our food fresh. Oh, and the breakfast was just what we needed to start the day”
