“Great experience overall. The Rawai area was excellent with lots to do in close proximity to the location of this place. Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. The owner of the units along with the staff were……

“Camera spaziosa, condizionatore, frigo, microonde, nel terrazzino coperto lavello, sedie e tavolino. Ottima pulizia, personale gentilissimo, accoglienza e disponibilita', e sempre l:immancabile sorriso. Punto strategico sia per uscite in altre isole che per andare nelle spiagge piu' belle, kata, Karon, kata noi, rawai, navi han.... Assolutamente consigliabile”

“Nous avons passé 6 nuit sur deux logements. Le logement est grand. Il est parfait pour un couple car un seul lit. Les lits appoints ne sont pas très bons très durs et le canapé est trop mou. Point important la piscine est super mais trop chlore sur 8 personnes, 4 ont développé une allergie (boutons, rougeurs....) Sinon l'emplacement est super. ”

“DO NOT STAY ST THIS HOMELESS SHELTER. the room advertised isn’t the room you see. Room given was dirty smelly. I walked straight out of the room. The staff also have a really bad hygiene problem.. they live on the ground floor by the desk area. When questioned hygiene they stated it’s fine it’s only Phuket.. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL EXPEDIA SHOULD REMOVE IT FROM THIS SITE. #Russian scammers”

“Very unwelcome staff,treated like we was a lower class, Mosquito everywhere,want to charge us for the single use slippers provided, we had to go back and pick them up from the bin so they can reuse them for next guest ,tv not working we let them know to fixed (they knew is not working) they done nothing Very expensive for what they offer ”

“We loved our time at Proud! The apartment was fantastic just as the pictures show. Great communication from the managers. The pool on the roof was incredible and gave us time to relax in peace and quiet. Local shops and brilliant restaurants - We Cafe and Vida Nova for brunch and dinner respectively. Great to have a coffee shop on the ground floor, it doesn’t open until 9am though. We are thinking about coming back on our way up to Phuket airport. Thanks!”
