“Convenient location, nice and clean. The only negative was not having control of the thermostat since it was located in the upstairs unit. There were space heaters available which helped some. ”

“The house is very nice. Great beds and well equipped bathrooms. With four bedrooms, more seating would have been nice. The living room is kind of small though. The kitchen essentials were lacking. Not enough pots, pans, bowls, plates, storage containers, cookie sheets, baking dishes etc. The downstairs couch is not safe to sit on. The legs are mostly broken off and unstable. It was very nice to have use of the garage. I don't want to nitpick, but the owner needs to address the amenities and……

“Very quaint historic home from 1890. Neighborhood is quiet with shops nearby. Convenient to all of Lincoln. Great space for a solo traveler. My only advice is there are no closets, so plan accordingly. Make sure to check out the bookstore on cooper street as well.”

“Everything we expected. The property was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the items for us to cook and dine without having to go out and pur hase anything. A/C worked perfectly. Very comfortable and cozy. Great communication with the host. Parking was a little tight for my full sized pickup,but we figured it out fine and was not an issue.”
