“Hotel is in a perfect area. The resort is beautiful. They have a lot of restaurants. Nice sea overview. I had a swimup pool room, it was really nice. I only went in once. Was nice for the experience. Hotel staff were very helpfull. Because I requested a late checkout but it was not possible anymore because of an arrival they had for that room they offered me a place to store my bags and the possibility to stay at the resort and/ shower because our flight was 7pm. Only thing was that i checked……

“Front desk- very slow… rooms aren’t ready! Many employees standing around…. Need to help the guests…. Get into their rooms asap… resort was clean but trash and dishes … left around! Little things make the difference …. Trash etc no excuse for that all around property… also had room w private pool came back from excursion and employees children were in our swim up pool and didn’t leave when we cane back! staff is friendly drinks at the mix bar were delicious! Didn’t have a bad drink! Wish we had……

“Great stay with outstanding staff and a perfect location We had a really enjoyable stay at Bay Heights Escape. What stands out the most is the staff – without a doubt the best we’ve ever experienced. Always friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming in a way that really makes a difference. The location is excellent. It’s close to Rodney Bay and restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach. There is a slight drawback with the nearby bay when the water is still, as it can cause a bit of odor,……

“I truly enjoyed the cocoa tea served at breakfast, and most of the staff were warm, friendly, and courteous. When I checked in, they kindly explained how to get to Baywalk Shopping Mall and introduced the hotel’s facilities. Even when I was waiting for a taxi early in the morning at 5:00 a.m. on my departure day, they thoughtfully took the time to recommend beautiful beaches in Soufrière and a bakery well worth visiting.”
