The Grand at Trafalgar Square

"The hotel exceeded my expectations as far as size and amenities available. The free coffee and teas go beyond standard drip coffee. They have a room on the first floor that has a machine that can give you expresso shots, lattes, macchiatos and more. The ice machine on every floor as well as chilled, room temperature and ice water was readily available and the provided reusable bottles. The rooms were larger than I expected, clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance to 3 different tube lines, several eateries and shopping. I would stay again if visiting London."

"Room very small , clean and compact. Great to be able to have a buffet breakfast and access to a bar. I was able to keep bags there on checkout day to explore the city . Well priced for London"

"We stayed here 3 nights to celebrate a birthday. I found the restaurant and bar staff to be absolutely amazing, as we went to Savoy Grill, River Restaurant and American Bar. Food and drinks were great. Room (stayed in superior queen) was nice, but having paid similar rates for rooms at other London hotels I probably had high expectations. Anyhow, it still was a decent room and enough space for 2 people. I think the only thing that let it down was some of the reception staff could have been more attentive, or when I came to collect my ID as the lady forgot to return it when checking in I was told to wait but no update given. Eventually about 10 mins later the security guy comes over and asks if I had any other ID when my driving license clearly has my picture on it. Other than some minor customer service things I thought could have been done better, the hotel is a good location and at least can say now been to the Savoy!"

"The room was clean and reflective of what was shown in photos. Any issues we had were managed by the hotel immediately. Staff was super helpful. Air conditioning worked great! Especially during the heat wave. The location is so convenient. Close to many trains and buses. Walking distance to great restaurants and the West End. Definitely planning on staying here again."
