“I would give the luxury waterfront condo in A rating. How everyone in the family had such a great time, there were things for everyone to do from the 5yr old to the 16-year-old. There was fishing out the back door, games, gaming system and puzzles and books for all ages. The place was clean, and spacious. There were plenty of beds for everyone, with an air mattress in the closet. We didn't even use those. So many things are close! Love the Sun rise and sunset could be seen just walking distance……

“Easy check in and check out. Bed were very comfortable. Had a hard time with communication and the condo was dirty. The kitchen dishes and utensils had dried food on them. We washed everything before using it. The stairs safty sticker was old and of no use. The handrail on the upper stairs is coming loose. The flower bed had several cigarette butts and dead cactus. This unit needs attention. ”

Reviewer Comments: We love Channelview and have been visiting for more than 30 years, but the customer service, especially the cleaning and upkeep of the rooms, has gone WAY down in the last few years. The floor of the condo was NOT clean upon arrival……
