“Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different. Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house. Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented. Please avoid Hotels, com are fantastic, had countless enjoyable experiences when booking with them. This……

“Not hot running water and the shower was poor pressure and freezing water!”

“Without doubt one of the best stay experiences I’ve had in a long time, from quality of accommodation, ideal location and excellent communication.. end to end everything you want and more from a stay. Host was super responsive I. Communications and really attentive to our needs even configured the beds in the bedrooms as we needed. “An idyllic location which had a rustic feel with modern twist. The barn was ideal for our family of three's needs and where we needed additional support, was given with no objections. The dining area, crockery and appliances were kept really clean and up to date. The outside area as an overspill if a bbq was wanted, had games and seating with lighting and tables to keep you entertained. Had a lovely and restful time, thanks to the host.”

“Room was ok but there were no towels not even a tea towel. It was clean and comfortable but bring a towel! Very close to town centre and the med restaurant under it was brilliant! I had to contact them to get the code. ”

“The apartment was booked for three people but there was no bedding provided for the third person. The company uses there own messaging system which I found unnecessary and complicated. You had to access a message on Expedia and then click on a link to go to a different website. What's wrong with just a message in Expedia or an email.”
