“The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and the property felt safe.”

“Close to the expressway, just a few minutes from Bucees. Hotel seems to be freshly renovated, our room on the second floor was very nice and clean and new.”

“It appear they are nearing completion of a fresh remodel. The toilet/shower room was a bit small but very clean. Overall a great value for an older hotel. Breakfast was included with the price of our stay.”

“I booked this hotel, partially based on the reviews that it was good for single travelers, and that was accurate assessment. Don't be fooled by the dated, lackluster exterior - my room had obviously been fairly recently renovated, and was secure, clean and comfortable. I was only there for a quick overnight stay, but if I'm ever back in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.”

“The staff was helpful. Found the room to be adequate. The breakfast was good....loved the mini waffles.”

“Make sure and ask if your room is smoking or non smoking because they took it upon themselves to take 100$ out of my account and I had no idea it was a non smoking room. It wasn't on the app and the desk clerk never said a word and there wasn't a sign on my door, but there was on the door next to mine. There crooks and I'm taking them to court .”

“Friendly”

“This was a very cute and beautifully decorated apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. It is in a great location. We easily walked to a coffee shop, music store, and ice cream parlor. The bed was on the soft side but we slept very well.”

“Adorable place. Very clean. Great location. Close to many restaurants and shops. Loved it.”

“Pristine apartment - one of 4 in the beautiful restored building. Feels like it was very recently updated, yet kept some of the original charm (floors, doorknobs). Good Wi-Fi. Really beautiful property and would definitely plan to stay here if we're back in Richmond”

“Perfect”

“Very clean, good location to things in Richmond. Would definitely book again.”

“We got in about 8:30 pm, so we didn't really use the apartment other than for sleep and showers in the morning. It was conveniently located to the university which was our destination. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had two vanities, so there was plenty of room for three people to get ready in the morning. The parking was tight under the carport, but it worked and was very close to the back door.My only complaint,……
