“We had a lovely stay and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived.
The apartment was larger than expected and very clean.
The bedsheets and towels were spotless and fresh. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and went beyond the expected to help us.
The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen felt newly updated and clean. The washing machine and fridge seemed new and there were refreshments free of charge when we arrived. The wifi was fast and stable.

“We had a lovely stay in Richmond and chose the apartment mainly because we wanted to visit Kew Gardens and see a show at the Orange Tree Theatre. Kew Gardens is always fantastic, we love the Japanese Garden. It was great having such easy access to both Kew and Richmond on our doorstep. We also enjoyed being able to explore the restaurants and pubs around Richmond afterwards. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well located, and communication with the host was excellent. “After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked.
The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city……
