“The host was great and super easy to communicate with! The house was close to a main road and so easy to get to the University! Great place to stay and will stay there again! ”

“I’ve never had to write a bad review before, but this is a first. The home reeked of cigarette smoke the moment we walked in. Everything looked dirty. The air handler vents were full of dirt, dead bugs were on the inside, kitchen window and on the blinds. Two of the three bedroom ceiling fans were broken. A broken kitchen chair was smashed on the outside lawn. Two of the other chairs were wobbly and unsafe. The sofa fabric was ripped. We took the sheets off the bed because we felt they might be……

A neat quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes away from anything we needed to do. However, the description provided was inaccurate. It stated as a whole house rental but it was actually a double house with thin walls. The other side was rented and although they were not excessively noisy we could hear their normal conversations.
